Not a Pretty Beginning

For the love of ... The last thing I wanted to see was an increase in my weight, but there it is, in all its glory - a whopping 4.4 pound increase. Most of it I can blame on that time of the month, but not all can be born by that dreadful disease. My eating habits and lack of exercise have vastly contributed to my demise. A sure sign I better get serious and I better do so quick.


For a recap, if you haven't been reading my regular blog (see the end of this for the link), friends and fellow losers (that's weight loss) who have been experiencing much of the problems I've been faced with of late have allowed me to realize where my own weaknesses lie. I'm a carboholic. And when I go overboard, it's generally late at night and excessive. So my resolve is that I cannot binge after 3:30 pm because I won't have the opportunity to whittle it off with exercise after that time. And if for some reason I don't stop myself, I will have to stop myself through 2 subsequent craving cycles as my punishment.

We'll see how that goes.
